ABOUT US

BELLVUE TRUFFLE FARM is a small family farm in the district of Underberg South Africa.

Situated in the foothills of the Drakensberg Mountains about 24 Km from the village of Underberg, Bellvue Farm Truffiere was established in 2014.

The Kemp family bought the property formerly a vacation home from the previous owners in 2012 with dreams of establishing a truffle farm and over the years  the small holding has developed into a diverse small farm with over 1000 trees inoculated with black winter truffles as the main activity.

The first trees were planted in spring 2014 and first signs of truffle became evident in 2021.

The first harvest of Tuber Melanosporum was in June 2022.
